Domestic Returns And Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your product however, due to our limited quantities, exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to initiate an exchange
  • Send an email to info@ophomedecor.com to request an exchange.

  • Information needed:

    • Order #, product name of item you want to send back, and product name of item you want to exchange for
  • Please allow 24 hours for a response from our team

Return Policy

We're sorry to hear you're not completely loving your product. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to initiate a return
  • Send an email to info@ophomedecor.com to request a Return Authorization. 

  • Information needed:

    • Order #, product you want to return, reason for return 
  • After receiving your request, we will review the information and forward a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s).

  • All items must be returned using the shipping label we send to you and product must be in its original, unused-condition and in its original packaging. Be sure to pack your items exactly the way you received it to prevent damages. If item is damaged during transit or not in original packaging, we will not issue a refund

  • Refunds are issued for the amount paid for product(s), less a 20% restocking fee, and do not include any shipping paid

  • Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used.

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and post to your payment account

International Returns And Exchanges

We're sorry to hear you're not completely loving your product. If a return is needed, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and any return shipping costs will be covered by you.

We do NOT offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please first return the item + place a new order.

How to initiate a return

    • Order #, product you want to return, reason for return 
  • After receiving your request, we will review the information and provide you a shipping address for the return. Please go to your local post office and mail your return.

  • Product must be in its original, unused-condition and in its original packaging. Be sure to pack your items exactly the way you received it to prevent damages. If item is damaged during transit or not in original packaging, we will not issue a refund

  • Refunds are issued for the amount paid for product(s) and do not include any shipping charged of sending the product(s) to you.

  • Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used.

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and post to your payment account

Defective or damaged Items

Notification of damaged or defective product must be sent within 3 days of delivery

  • Send an email to info@ophomedecor.com within 3 days of delivery to inform us of the issue

  • If notification is not sent within 3 days of delivery, damaged product will no longer qualify for a return or exchange

  • A photo and clear description of the damaged product must be included with your request

Product disclosure

  • Colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor or mobile device resolutions.

  • As part of the natural coloring and design of authentic marble, patterns/grains and color variations will differ.

  • Wood and ceramic product have many character differences, including grains, knots and some color variation. Natural variation will occur and should be expected

  • These situations do not qualify as defects
